Fix & Fogg is an award-winning, innovative nut butter company and we’re looking for someone to join our team as a nutritionalist. We are a growing business and are constantly looking to innovate, improve, and develop in all areas of our business. Our success has largely been due to the fact we push the boundaries - our interesting and unique flavour varieties, and also the offerings at our Window - porridge, smoothie bowls, and toast like you've never had them before. We strive to continually be at the fore-front of healthy and nutritious food-on-the-go.

We take food safety and compliance really seriously, and we now need someone to actively manage this. This is an exciting new technical role which will help us ensure our product is of the highest quality. Primarily, you will need to:

· Test product in all nutritional areas, as well as taste testing!
· Research and analyse techniques and production processes
· Advise on product packaging, storage with an emphasis on ensuring the product is well preserved
· Develop and implement quality control processes and safety standards of the production of our product
· Help develop new and exciting flavours!

There will also be some general administration tasks involved related to the above.  Because of the level of nutritionist/ food technologist duties, we require someone with at least a bachelor degree in a related field, and 2 years working as a nutritionist or similar. A role in a customer-service focused role would also be a huge advantage.
