Peanut butter carrot cake bliss balls

peanut butter carrot cake balls


  • 1 carrot, peeled and grated
  • 2/3 cup toasted oats (or your favourite oat-based muesli)
  • 1/2 cup Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 3 tbsp cranberries
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg


Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and then shape the mixture into balls.

For an extra treat, melt 50g of dark chocolate and dip the balls in it. Allow them to cool before serving.

These will keep for 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
