Fix & Fogg is an award-winning, innovative nut butter company, which has had incredible growth over the last five years.  We’re now looking for two full-time people to join our team to help grow our amazing brand both here and overseas.

This is no ordinary workplace or job opportunity - we pride ourselves on our great team culture, ability to innovate and commitment to looking after the people who work for us.

We’re looking for two all-rounders - one with a focus on customer service and another to assist with operations, but both jobs will be varied and no one day will be the same.  If you’ve already worked with a food brand that’s a big plus, but not compulsory.

Our days at F&F can be varied and challenging, so you’ll need to be able to hustle hard to get the work done, think ahead and help others around you. We’ve got a lot of exciting things on the horizon, so enthusiasm and the ability to be agile is a must.

Customer Service All-Rounder:

This role will involve giving world-class customer service both here in NZ and to customers overseas. You'll be building genuine relationships with our customers and suppliers. You’ll need to be good on the phone and have an outgoing personality. You need to be a self-starter, organised and someone who can put on lots of hats to get things done.

As a customer service all-rounder, you'll be problem-solving, helping with operations and orders, talking with our customers and suppliers and assisting with our exports. Strong communication and organisation skills are essential.

Operations All-Rounder:

The Operations Coordinator role will involve managing our warehouse with incoming and outgoing goods, inventory items and logistics. You’ll report directly to the COO and be responsible for running Unleashed, our digital stock management system. This role will also involve working closely with an Orders & Operations Assistant.

You will need to be a self-starter, organised and someone who can get things done. You’ll also need to be very good with systems and constantly looking to improve efficiencies. Strong team-working skills will be required in this diverse role.

If either role sounds like you then please apply to Thom our COO with a cover email and attach your CV and send to . Applications close soon on Wednesday, 11 September.
